KPD doesn't allow you to do ringtones. only modify (import/export) your address book and such. You need to get a copy of Bitpim. We tried for days trying to use KPD. I know is alot more user friendly than Bitpim, but there are tutorials on here that will walk you through it step by step. If you still want to see for yourself that KPD doesn't work, the search bar in these forums might be your best friend
