Verizon pink V3

My friend has Verizon pink V3. Idi try to help download ring tones thru Motorola Phone Tools but this option not avilable. I also did try to upload them thru bluetooth and this option also not avialable. I am not familiar with verizon stuff so please guede me how I can do this . Thank you
