newbie needs some info/help please

i just bought a Motorola V3 (gsm) and let me first say i luv this phone, still trying to get use to the feel but other then that im really happy with it. Anyway i have acouple question that i need help on, first off can someone tell me if this is normal? Everytime the phone is flipped open and its all lit up(keys&screen lights are on) there is this low buzzing type sound comming from the speaker, is this normal? it only does it when its lit up.
Second....how do you download pics off the net? I made acouple wallpaper for the cell and uploaded them to the net and i was wonder how i can download them to the V3 phone?
