v330 some bugs?

I just got a prepaid v330 a week ago and I'm pretty happy with it but there are some things that are bugging me.

1. The Received Calls log only shows the most recent call from the same number if it calls multiple times. For example, if I call from my home to my cellphone 5 times the Received Calls log only shows the last call. This happens for missed calls as well as connected calls. Can this be fixed?

2. The very first time I powered on the phone, I got the hello moto voice. From then on it doesn't say hello moto anymore when I power on the phone. All I hear is that rising diddly diddly diddly melody. What happened to the hello moto sound? I liked it. I have not modded the phone at all (still waiting for usb cable).

3. The menu shortcuts (Menu, Office Tools, Shortcuts) get set back to default when I turn the phone off and on again. I think an answer for this has been posted already but I thought I'd mention it anyways.

And then there are all the other annoying shortcomings of the phone that seem to be due to laziness, stupidity, or uncreativity. Like not being able to choose whether you want to display contacts from either SIM or phone. Or being unable to change startup/shutdown sounds and images. Or font size. Or not being able to answer the phone with the flip closed using speakerphone. The smart key and voice dial key isn't used for anything when the phone is ringing couldn't they have thought of using those for speakerphone or immediately send to voicemail?? Something? Anything!?

Now that I've written all that maybe I'm not so happy with it after all
