Big Problem With Slvr Plz Help!

I just got my new slvr and i was messing around with P2k tools trying to load a few ring tones.. while i was doing this i clicked the button fix melodyDB on accident... now within my sound options everything is making the same ring sound and alot of the names for the ringers have disapeared.. anyone know what i have to do to get this back

Ok well i turned the phone off and on and its back to normal, though under my ringtones there is a file which is like the continental ring, when i select it there are no words there telling me what it is but it still plays and vibrates, any one know how to get rid of it?

you can always do a master reset.its in the initial setup.
