Hello,

I have had Nokias for years and am considering upgrading. I am on Verizon, and am loooking at both the Razr and the Nokia 6236i. I really like the Nokia user interface, but the last 2 Nokias I've had have not had great audio quality. My current nokia has volume issues (too quite) and I quite often miss the 1st word after any pause. Does anybody know anything about either of the above phones?? I'd really appreciate the advise!

Nokias have crazy good RF...

what features do you want on your phone btw and what kind of a user are you?

the Razr V3C right now has a crap load of problems with it, plus its got that ugly verizon UI.

You might want to look at the e815 .Both motos and nokias have great RF as I have owned both.

The Motorola e815 comes with 1.3 megapixel camera (4x zoom) and it goes great with their MMS . Transflash memory allows additional storage ………This one is good!!!

Thanks for the replys. I am not a "heavy" cell phone user. I never go over my meeger minutes! I am currently using the Nokia 3589i Which is fine, but as I said the the audio qualitly does not tend to be great. I do like some of the bells and whistles. I'd like to be able to download more modern ringtones etc.

Thanks again

Then you need a e815 becuase you need a bluetooth phone unless you plan to hack it which the e815 has alot of hacks out there for or pay through get it now. I use my bluetooth phone i bought a sd card and dongle and transfer music and pics from the comp to my phone .

Really it depends on what you want. I dont know if they have a version of the 6255i or not, but it would be an awesome choice. It has everything that the motos have less the 1.3 camera. Going from a nokia to a moto is going to be a bit of a challenge. Most people who like the nokia UI hate the Moto ui. 2 diffrent worlds there. I like the nokia phones and the moto I have a v635 at the moment but I am waiting to see what the newer nokia's have with them. so really if you have anyone that you know that has a moto, see if they will change phones with you for the day and see how you like it.
