Brand new. Used for about a week. Unlocked. Not a scratch on it. Comes with all orginal parts and box.
I also have (3) boxwave screen protectors, brand new that will be included.
I have unlocked it, and will apply any rom version you want. Currently it is running the Cingular rom 1.8.
