SMT5600 Service in Vancouver

Does anyone know where I can get the ROM for my SMT5600 flashed in Vancouver? The bootup is completely screwed, hard reset doesn't help, so I figure a fresh start is in order.
Any info would be appreciated.

I don't think there is such a service anywhere in Canada, if the phone came from Rogers try a Sales point, last resort will be to call Audiovox service* in Canada... good luck
