Flash Failed with PST & RSD lite

Look I have my phone like this (S Blank Neptune LTE):
ESN: N / A
Technology: N / A
Software Version: N / A
Flex Version: N / A
Bootloader Version: v0x00FFFF
Phone Type: Production (540E16110A0B0716722C00000000)
and when I try to apply the flash it tells me that
With RSD lite 2.0.3:
Failed flashing process. Error getting subscriber unit information. Device API error:0xE0020085 command: RQHW (0xE0822085)
With PST6.7 (MFF):
*****Flaxh Failed ******
whats goin on?

Well you could flash it again with this flex :
R374_G_0E.40.30I_GNPO_11_RFDI_PDS002_LP0003_DRM000 1_GMMV3xx000AA019_GNPO_image
But you would need a back-up PDS.

then if I don't a pds backup?
