v325 calls not coming through

Got my v325 about a week and a half ago. For some reason, calls aren't coming through. 4 out of the last 6 incoming calls haven't come through. Also won't register a voicemail until I make a call. I'd assume it was going into power save mode like my VX4500, but it doesn't have one. Even with no reception for an hour, it still searches for a tower. Thinkin it's junk, so it'll be going back tonight or tomorrow. Any thoughts?

Reset digital service, reset voicemail, reset the phone, still missing calls and voicemails, and now text messages. Gonna get a new one tonight.

Got a new phone and the calls all appear to come through now. Speaker phone button is sticking, though. Speaker clarity isn't what it was on the last one too. Is six sigma really just a catch phrase at Motorola now??? I'm becoming less of a happy customer every day. Does anybody else out there have this phone?
