Ok, I found this tessco website selling it, but it will only sell this piece to AUTHORIZED nokia repair businesses, blah blah, blah...
anyone know where I can buy one, as the one I have on this phone is shot...

Try eBay. I have seen many Nokia parts like LCD screen, ribbon cable, screw, PCB for sale there. Good luck.
