Trouble reflashing razr back to cingular

The phone was unlocked and flashed to Tmobile software with a Monster flex, and now I'm trying to reflash it with Cingular software because with Cingular and this tmobile software (apparently) i'm not able to send or receive pics/video. I've used several different Cingular flex/flash and they always fail with 'nram' or something along those lines. It just doesn't work. Use a Tmobile flash and it works fine.

Any suggestions? I've searched, and keep snagging different flex/flashes but it's not working.

T-mobile has a WAP and MMS configurator for phones that sends the right settings. Try looking up one for Cingular, im not sure they have one though
