RSD LITE (flashbackup) error

How do you change RAM DL VERSION, ran in RSD LITE 2.3, and the flex file is, mybackupv360.shx file, made by flashbackup program, The RAM DL VERSION (bootloader) in the file is v0x000A02 I need to change it to v0x0008A0.
