Both of them are unlocked.

signal bars still jump to full bars when on a call and go back down once one hangs up.

Doesn't look like anything too new.

Apparently,several people are reporting bootup times and menu speeds are noticably faster than previous versions.

Nothing new that I really noticed. But now that I sold my V3 I really could care less until my next one or two.

I don't see anything new or improved either.

Mostly, I've been hoping the BT issues get resolved, but only time will tell on that. I just flashed to this on both mine and my son's, and menu speeds, etc., all seem the same.

Same here, I don't see anything new, but at least I know I'm up to date.

im almost positive mine shuts down faster (though i was using 0ER before)
