I keep getting a error. The error message is : No Input Video (Directshow mismatch?). What does this mean and how do I fix it? The videos I am trying to convert to 3gp are mpg files.

You have to install the video codec to get this to work. Had the same problem and I had to go install the DIVX codec and it works fine now
