Go to the name in the phone book....Then to press the lined menu button and there will be options in there for ringer id's etc and for voice recognition....Play about with it easy to get the hang of.....PS get the most from you're phone Download MPT (motorola phone tools) you will like your phone more....

Tried that, the button on left lined : just acts a select button and doesnt bring up a menu, any idea why ?

ok i do it by doing the following.....phonebook-select name-edit-Ringer id-then full list of songs appear inc factory ringtones...
The songs that appear are ones i have put in to my phone using the multimedia via MPT

Thats weird i dont have ringer id option just change names detial number etc . .

its away down on the list mate.once you're in the edit feature scroll down like 16 spots and its there ringer id after the option to add an address and a birthday...

God nos mate, its either there stairing me in the face or im just thick haha seriously tho you are giving my the right info but theres just nothing there. get my new rokr tommorow anyway so will see if i have the same problem on the new one
