I've never owned a Motorola before. This is with T-Mobile, a v360 I got through an upgrade. I just have some simple questions that most of you are able to answer.
1. When browsing [WAP] and I am in a text entry menu [for example, eBay sign in] I can never get it to let me do all lower case. When I press the pound key, it gives me @, 1, A with an arrow, and A T9/Itap, but no straight out all lower case, how do I get that?
2. T-Mobile gave me a data cable [USB], a charger, a headset, a memory card, an adapter, and a manual, but no CD? Is there a set of tools/drivers provided by Motorola that I can download? I'm talking official, not third party, kind of like Nokia does.
3. This is a branded firmware on the 850/1800/1900 version, the flex is GSTV350TMBO1NADC3, S/W version is R4513_G_08.87.86R. Could someone please help me change to the latest unbranded firmware that would work the best? I've never used a Motorola so I really would appreciate help on getting unbranded, new firmware that will work perfectly

Ad. 1. You can change entry mode pressing # key, Upper/lower case is changed with "0" (zero) key.
Ad. 2. Look for Motorola Phone Tools at this forum, there should be a link to the newest version 4.04.
Ad. 3. There should be FAQs regarding basics of flashing and generally modding. Use search to find what you're interested in.
