Kyocera Rave Wallpaper Pictures

I have a Rave KX434, and I can't get wallpaper on. Most of the sites say that you need a 104x80 display for the Rave, but I don't know the file type it wants. I manage to see some black crap when using bmp2bqr, then uploading the bqr, but it doesn't even display as a wallpaper after that, it just goes all white
What am I doing wrong?
