Inverting a Screen in Toronto.

Hello all! I have a 8260 and I would like to invert the screen. Now, I don't have the experience to do so myself and would like to go to a store and do it. I was wondering if any local Toronto people knows good and reliable place to do so.? Since some stores craftmanship are really bad. I find it very important to have a good and experienced person to do it. Also, how much does it cost usually?

I would also like an inverted screen for my 8390, but also cant do it myself. Anywhere in the GTA would be good.

I got my screen inverted for $25 at Unicell at Pacific Mall. The screen itself is pretty awsome. But, they screwed up my phone big time . After inverting the screen, he "accidently" knock out one of the screen lcd lights. So I gave him back my phone to resolder it. I went back 10-15 min afterwards to pick up my phone. The LED lit up perfectly fine. I tried a phone call and guess what? It doesn't work! They totally screwed up my reception or the antenna for some reason. They said it's not their fault, but Roger's fault. Up until now, I can't get over 1 bar of reception anywhere.

Does anybody know why this is happening? Anybody know how to fix it?

This is one of the nice revisions of the 8265. When it's open, you cant harm the antenna. 8260 antenna is very sensitive for when you touch it.

can anyone post pics on how this inverted screen would look like on the 8260?

i would like to get it done too.

I'm assuming the background would be black, and the writing in white, right? is this what is meant by inverting?

is it more celar to see this way?

thanks

I prefer to use the inverting film from www.nokialight.com I just ordered some more yesterday for two 8290's that I ordered. It's easy to put on yourself as long as you've got some patience, a T6 torx, and an exacto knife sure helps alot. It looks really cool when you're done. Now if I had some real skillz I could change out all my led's but I'll leave that to the pro's
