I dont think youll need to find a garage that just specializes in Ford/Lincoln. Any suspension/alignment shop should be able to perform this. Suspensions are suspensions. the kit costs 470USD if you use your existing struts. 700 if you want the new struts included. http://www.americanairsuspension.com/95-96%20CONV.htm
Buy the kit and take it to a shop that will install customer supplied parts. Or if you know how to work on cars do it yourself. Or if you buy it and coming to the states near Detroit/Windsor anytime soon, I'll install it for you.

But it comes only with front struts what im gonna do with rear?AND THAnX

^ you could go to the auto parts store and buy the rears. Also, go to a canadian tire or something, and see if they can get the Monroe conversion kit for you.

Posted by: soultrader

i believe monroe conversion kits up to 1994 only and i got 1995

Posted by: buhdussy

^ i thought they were for 94 and 95, but i could be wrong.

Posted by: soultrader

Thanx but i went to MONROE website and it says up to 1994

Posted by: buhdussy

Well, there you go then, i was wrong.
