Can anyone tell me how to get out of default mode. I have a v325 and accidentally started the multifalshflex program and now I am stuck with a white screen with misc data on it. I can still receive calls but can not do anything else. Do I need to reflash it and if so where do I get the flash file?

menu - left soft key. sounds like you are in field test mode.

The left soft key says previous, right soft says next. They just cycle through different menus. One menu looks like this:

ServOpt: NoChg
AudioOpt: Auto
Clear PDCs: keep
GPS Sess: New
Perf Lvl: 6
Loc Priv: All
USB Diag: modem
PTLM: TCP/IP
Oper: PDE
GPS Sess Cnt: 0
GPS Inter: 00:01

There are several other menus. Help!!!

Let me clarify - RGL07734 means press the menu key THEN press the left soft key. Quickly in succession, but not at the same time.

You may have to power cycle your phone and do this right after the screen appears - you have about 5 seconds to hit the keystrokes.

There's plenty of threads around on how to get out of FEM...

I figured it out. For the V325 you have to press the CLR button and then the left soft key. Thanks for your input though it got me on the right track.
