Moto V3C Clock is off

Hi. I'm a newbie with (2) new Verizon V3C's. On mine, the clock is sometimes 10 minutes slow. Placing a call resets it to the correct time. I never had this problem with other phones in the past. Any ideas?

same problem on my verizon V3C, entering a menu and coming back also re-syncs it (basically it is not refreshing the clock). although it's not a big problem it's really not indicative of a $300 phone
