I want to know if there is any way, and if so, if anyone could kindly post a guide or give instructions on it, to do the following.

I already have a usb thingy and the drivers installed. Im using QPST because for some reason, whenever I try to load up bitpim, the screen comes up that says its starting and then the actually program never shows up. So thats the hardware and software Im using, here are the questions.

Change the load up screen with the balloons to something else, even a blank screen while it loads, or hopefully, disable it.

any way to play games for free on these?

get rid of the banner at the top and bottom of the screen

get an animated background

keep the flash on the phone on so that it could be used as a flash light

and lastly,

anybody have any site with really cool mods or hacks that would work with my model and carrier. I just want to make my phone look as cool and heavenly possible :P
