Hello,

Everytime I remove the battery from my Motorola C650 longer than around 8 seconds, the time will fall behind the actual time few minutes. When I power up C650, it will ask me to set the time again. The longer I remove the battery, the more time the C650 will fall behind.

What is wrong with my C650? Help please.

hello,

i think i have fixed the problem. a panasonic ML414 3.1V lithium rechargeable button battery inside the phone went bad. check the voltage of the battery after an overnight charging. it should be around 3V. if not, you either have a bad charging circuit or a bad battery; a bad battery is the most likely suspect.
