Howdy all,

I just sold my v710 on ebay and i'm trying to figure out how to completely reset it back to factory defaults. I found the "master clear" option, but that doesn't do it all. I manually went and removed all the pics, sounds, etc. The one big obstical left is how to clear my phone information out of the phone - in partiquliar my phone #.

Any help would be appreciated....

Nevermind - found the info I was looking for:

menu, 073887,*
---then it prompts you for the security code

try master reset, if doesnt go to mms then go to picture press menu the mark all then delete the mark files thats it . Now I need some help do you know where i can find esn writer fo the motorola? please help
