a. since my spam in now outta control and danger isnt moving fast enough to combat the problem with filters ... i've taken the liberty to start fowarding every piece of spam i get to danger... since their only suggestion is to change my email addy...

b. my complaint to BBB about tmo is they know that the sdk 2 keyboard are defective and refuse to do a recall... i have 2 accounts on my sdk... both keyboards started to fall off and tmo wants to send refurbished unit THATS A BRING HELL NAW! i need new units with out going through my insurance

Since Danger does not have a spam solution, I just forward my gmail account to my SK2. Since gmail has a spam filter, I dont get any spam on my SK2 since I never give out my tmail address. Good luck with Danger fixing it faster by forwarding them some spam!

t-mo should not be the one to direct complaints at about your hardware, you should have directed it to Danger Inc instead.. Since they make the device. You dont complain to Bestbuy when your Tv starts to break, right? you complain to RCA or Toshiba instead.. good luck with your BBB complaints.

wth ... its not dangers problem u gave ur tmail address out....never use your tmail as your main email address unless its for personal friends...use a gmail or some other pop 3 email account that way if it gets spammed cause u gave ur email address out to the world u can just change your pop3 account....

and the insurance does send refurbished units too...

if it gets spammed, change your email addy,

This completely negates the idea of "push" email.

Just give me simple filters, I'll keyword the spam myself.

i have yet to have any issues with my sidekick and im still on my 1st one. ive dropped it kicked it and smashed it and still i have no problems, before you get all you should try to find a way to get it fixed instead of calling the bbb and complaining. i doubt they will do anything at all, they probably threw your complaint away. ive had my sidekick a long long time and i dont have one issue with it.

Danger should not be the one to direct complaints at about your hardware, you should have directed it to Sharp Inc instead.. Since the make the device.

All of mine say on the back, very specifically, "MANUFACTRURED BY SHARP CORPORATION MADE IN JAPAN". A little basic research into the technology (it's even been discussed here, multiple times) would yield the knowledge that Sharp manufactures the device using an OS licensed from Danger and sells them to T-Mobile, who sells them to you. T-Mobile then licenses the backend server technology from Danger that the device OS uses to connect to the outside world.

It might be interesting to note that from the time a Sidekick is manufactured to the time it arrives in your hands, Danger actually doesn't touch the device AT ALL.
