First off, which N-Gage do you have? With the original N-Gage, you can just drag and drop a .SIS or .jad/.jar (Java) file onto the drive that your original N-Gage is assigned by your MAC. For the QD, you'll need an external MMC-capable card reader that would also work with a MAC. PC Suite can cover most aspects of the transferring wallpapers, apps and ringtones if you have the original N-Gage. With the QD, you'll have to use an external card reader or for files that are smaller than 1.5 MB, you can use Bluetooth. A word of caution.....never send large-sized apps or files via Bluetooth to your N-Gage. The internal memory is limited on both the original N-Gage and the QD. If you do this, then your internal memory will be filled to capacity meaning that your phone will no longer have the memory resources needed to boot and load the needed system startup files located in the internal memory. This is known as the White Screen of Death (W.S.O.D.).
