Phone crashes and/or drops calls..v635

Hi All,
Lately I am having the following problems with my v635.
Sometimes when I get a call or text message, my phone freezes and unless I take the battery out and and then put it back it won't revive.

Sometimes when I get a call and open the flip to attend it, its droped(happens more frequently then I would like it)

And sometimes when I recieve a call it would just reboot itself, this actually happens sometimes(though very few times) without any calls, phone would just reboot itself...

My question from you guys is that is it hardware related?(flip problem) or its the crapy S/W and its time to ask rogers for an upgrade for my software?

ok..if some kind sould let me know that which is the latest s/W or FLASH version out there as u can see that I hav ethe following Flash and flex in my v635

you planning on doing this all yourself?

Why not just send it in for repair, clearly there's a problem with it?

I got mine in September, and don't have ANY of your problems.

I went through this whole business of modding with my V300's but that was because things were horrible. I've not really felt the need to do anything with this 635 of mine.

Of course that may be largely due to the fact that wifey is using it....I've got the W600.

I was just wondering if modding would be a better choice or Rogers has a better software/flash for these phones..u know a comparison and such
