HELP URGENT! Rokr iTunes problem

I have had my rokr for about 3 months now and suddenly iTunes is not working. When i use the iTunes button nothing happens, and when i plug it into my computer it says that iTunes is corrupted, therefore iTunes wont detect my phone. What can i do please help me! Thanks in advance
