well ive had my v635 for about 9 months and never had a problem with it. now i have a problem when i try to call someone, it will say im connected but i cant hear the other person. it will happen if i call someone or if i receive a call. it doesnt happen all the time either.

now i know its not the speaker because if i put the phone on speaker, ill will do the same thing but ill hit the end key then ill hear the beep to end the call. Cingular said that my phone isnt receiving the updates and that it may be a problem, they said to call moto. moto said that they cant do anything unless i send the phone in to them to reflash it. but i can do that.

can someone recommend a solution or maybe a good flash/flex i can try?
