Help Phone Is Really Screwed

I tryed to edit my Razr using a guide on MotoX how to make Video camera Available and now my phone just keeps restarting someone told me i needed to flash it...whatever thats means but then didnt feel like replying after that...

yeah reflash it with a mp that has video record enabled already, so u dont go on with modding it

go to motoX.us and download the latest mp( the one on the top) and flash it. but read in the discription so that it has video rec enabled.
