Problem adding video clips to my razr using Motorola Phone Tools program

Whenever i try to add a video clip to my razr using the MPT program, i go to "Video Studio" and under where it says "Media Files" i click on the video file that im trying to transfer but it will only highlight it, it wont do anything else. Can someone please tell me what im doing wrong here? Im a newbie idiot.
