V710 white screen on inside display please help

i have a v710 and the inside screen is white all the time when you turn it on. The phone works 100% you just can see anything is there anything i can do to fix this. Thanks alot

I am having the same problem with my v551. Plain white screen. I dropped mine though. I can receive calls, dial out, just cant see what I am doing though. I was told it's either your LCD or your flex cable. I need to get mine fixed soon cause I have like 4 new messages. I tried to call Moto but they take forever to answer.
