help with email settings for V3i

I just got the motorola V3i and was wondering if anyone could help me out with the email setup. i am on O2 in the UK and want to add an email account, i have 3 accounts that i use- aol, hotmail and then a blueyonder account. the blueyonder is the one i want to set up and it is a pop3 account. can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction. cheers
