VI-2300 Sync Mode

hey...
bitpim loaded my phone and everything..when i hit Send Phone Data..it says enter PC Sync Mode... how do i enter that? I went to Tools and PC Sync..all it says is Ringers..Imagess and Erase Data..??? im stuck..please help

I have a VI2300 and I don't have to put the phone in sync mode. I just plug my phone in and click send phone data and it does. But, I've heard that Bitpim sometimes has issues with the VI2300 and you can lie to the program and say you have a 7400 and it should work fine. But I don't have that problem either.
