Hi there,
I have a Voq (Sierra Wireless) A11 smartphone, been enjoying it for the past 6 months. I unfortunately lost the stereo headset (some bar in NY, damn!), and try as i might, i can't seem to find them online to replace it!
Does anyone know where i can get a replacement Voq stereo headset, or failing that, if there is any other stereo [phone] headset out there that will work with this phone? I've tried 2 Motorola headsets, but the sound only comes through in one ear...
Hoping someone out there can help...

You could go one of two routes. Either (a) find a 2.5mm stereo headset, or (b) find a 2.5->3.5mm headset adapter, then you can use standard headphones.

Thanks for your reply; i have a 3.5 -> 2.5 mil jack convertor already, and whilst it works, it sticks out a good inch and doesn't allow me to carry the phone in its holster, so thats no good
As i said previuosly, i tried 2 different 2.5 mil headsets already (both Motorola), and the sound only came through 1 ear, so i was wondering whether there was a headset that was known to work.
Thanks anyway, hope someone can come up with an answer!

The headset from the Cingular 8125 or the I-Mate K-Jam works great. You can probably get one for either device easily.

I bought the PALM 3185WW TREO 650 stereo headset for $15 from J and R ,
BTW I also use VOQ.

Don't use a Plantronics M40S, it basically splits the mono signal into 2 earbuds. I bought it for my Voq A11 and it works nicely besides the fact that both ears play the right channel.
