CL75 'Poppy' - unable to transfer photos to PC

Is there anybody out there with a CL75, that has managed to transfer
their photos to a PC?
I have discovered that although you can buy MPM software and a DCA-540,
with this phone you can only sync the contacts - pictures are not handled.
Supposedly you can use the IRDA port, but what hardware and
(more importantly), what software actually works with this damn phone?
Everything I have looked at so far doesn't support the CL75!
Somebody - please help! 
(By the way, I don't consider sending the by eMail to be a valid method)
