Proof of 8125 no contract price?

Here's the deal. I bought my 8125 with a one year contract with a business discount. I insured it through State Farm, or so I thought. I got a call from my State Farm agent today saying that her bosses told her that they don't insure anything under $400. I need proof of the no contract price preferably something I can print from online and send to her. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
