Alright help me out.

It started when i put the sidekick uinder my pillow, then went to bed, When I woke up i found a black hole in my screen. I fliped the screen open and pressed buttons, it then went away. During the day it came back and also my sidekick started freezing. I could tell because the time was 3 hours behind..I think its becuase i put it undermy pillow and slept on it, or it was when i dropped it.

Also you know where the volume buttons are.. the positive (+) one wont liek go down, but the negative one will.

any one can help me? thanks in advance

if its under warrenty call customer service and get a replacement as long as there is no physical damage and the black screen doesnt reappear you should be able to get a replacement for 9.99 shipping
