Enable Web Sessions (Opera Mini) on T-Mobile v360?

I found a handy little guide for getting Opera Mini working on a V3 (I need to find it again!) but its assuming that the "web sessions" menu item is active and accessible.

Anyways, I've never done any seem editing before so this is all very new stuff to me : ).

What do I need to do to get Opera Mini working on my T-Mobile v360? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
