What Cingular Phone? SE Z520a vs. Moto V557 vs. Moto V540

I am getting ready to change from VZW to Cingy in the next month. I will probably get the W600i for myself.
My wife would be the one for the Z520 or v557 or v540, which in your opinions would be the best option for reception? That is her biggest concern. Camera and everything else not a big deal. I would like her to get bluetooth.

The Vxxx series phones are pretty old. So I say Z520a which will probably give you the best reception out of the other two too.
