longcu;

do those mms settings allow the sharp to receive as well, or only send still? also, have you gotten your "my album" link from the tzones homepage to work? all i get is an error message saying i'm not authorized..

Posted by: longcu817

i'm sorry but these settings cannot receive mms, for some reason when I try to send a mms, I get an error message stating that there is a problem and the whole message was not sent, or something of that matter. I haven't tried to access the my album link either so I can't really tell if it works but i believe I got the same error before when I attempted to try it once then never bothered to try it again. One thing is for sure though, t-zone works great with these settings. I haven't had a problem accessing the web with this and using opera mini browser. If you haven't gotten the browser yet, you should definately get it cuz its awesome. I can pretty much access any page or site on the net.

Posted by: jerksmile

oh yeah, i def have the opera browser up and runnin. tzone and sending mms are just fine, it's the receiving of the pics to my phone that i can't make work.... thanks though!

Posted by: fenix1

hey jerksmile you dont knoow jack aabout t-mobile ! I even heard you work for verizon ! YOU GODAMN TRAITOR !

Posted by: Mosmv

hi there, i check and input the info of the phone and i was able to search for connection of tzone, while its was searching and then i get a message that says
Description: Unable to locate the server named "ptl" --- the server does not have a DNS entry. Perhaps there is a misspelling in server name, or the server no longer exists. Double check the name and try again.
this was the message i got when it was searching for connection, so what do i have to do?

Yo guys,
I got my t-zone to work but i can't send mms. Receiving on the other hand is not a problem... Any ideas on how to get the right setting? Thanks!

Like I mentioned before, the mms is not working with this setting, I'm still trying to figure it out. Let me know if you have any luck with this.

Posted by: Mosmv

hi there, i still have not gotten my phone to access t-zone yet so i dont know anything about mms, but when can you send me the right setting for t-zone. i used the setting in the posting but i still could not get t-zone. thanks

Posted by: KrossTrain

mosmv, did you try using my setting? I got it to work so it should work for you too.

Posted by: longcu817

I am not exactly sure what kind of problem you are having but have you tried to enter an address such as google or yahoo first then if you can get connected, try to access the tzone home page. I had trouble connecting to tzone at first too, but then when I tried other wap sites such as google, I was able to access them. To be honest, I never use the tzone home page, instead I am able to access any other wap sites, and I use opera mini to surf the web. There's no real need for tzone's home page.

please help me! my sharp 902 crashed but i got it reflashed but ferrari firm was the only one that could stick to my phone. so yeah now i tried my old setting that i have written down but it doesn't work, the settings that are here did not work either... i tried many other ones as well but MMS (sending and downloading the ones i recieved) and my T-zone still doesn't work! T_T please help... is it because of my firm? also when i click on the internet thing, it says internet service is not enabled... what does that mean?

Posted by: Mosmv

hi there, do i have to change or set the setting of the APN, Proxy, or etc to be able to access the yahoo homepage or google homepage? let me know i have to do. thnaks

Posted by: longcu817

yes you do, just set it like the above settings then give it a try. make sure your settings are correct because there are alot of steps involve and it's possible you might have accidentally missed something.

Posted by: longcu817

klazyflip, it sounds as if you do not have access to tzone. are you sure you are subscribed to the service? you may wanna double check. also, are you using the vodafone icon below your wallpaper to get access because it doesn't seem to work for most of us. you might wanna try using the vodafone live in the menu and try from there.

Posted by: klazyflip

i do have t-zone... and i tried both the menu vodalive and the icon... but it still doesn't work.. also i can't recieve or sent mms.. this sucks, cuase with my old firm, i could do all these things T_T

Call T mobile customer care and say this "I was already helped by tech support before and I would like to be connected to tech support Tier 3(or level 3) for unsupported devices. It took me 5 people and 45 minutes to get to the right person, after that 5 minutes got everything working great!! You can also google
T mobile configurator for step by step instructions
