2125 unlock key issue

I have a 2125 running GoodLink. My IT people have setup GoodLink to erase the entire phone after 10 failed login attempts. I do lock the keypad via the end call button. But when I keep the phone in my pocket, the left softkey apparently gets knocked around and counts toward failed login attempts. This has caused my phone to get wiped clean 3 times in the past 2 weeks.

Is there a way to remap the unlock key to a key like the home key, instead of the left softkey? This would have to work while the keypad is locked.
