8125 error-- call log + Windows Medi

So far my 8125 has been running great but recently I have encountered a huge problem

I keep getting notifications of missed calls-- but when I go to my call history it shows my last call-- from 2 days ago-- since then I have not been able to see any other outgoing or incomming calls in my log

This is huge-- could someone please help me fix this or direct me the right way

Also I have an external mini-sd which has music on it.. I was able to add these tracks to my Windows Media player easily-- but now Windows Media reads my minisd-- tries to add files and gets to about adding 27/27 screen and then just freezes to show that 5 songs have been added NONE from my mini sd

Did you make sure to change the log filter from missed calls to all calls?

Yep-- - I have played around with it-- but still only see OLD calls-- my call log has NOT changed since 3/7 --- 3 days ago now
