V3 isn't read by P2K

P2K was reading my V3 with no problem last night, i restarted my computer and now it doesn't read it. I know what the problem is, I just don't know how to solve it. Under the device manager under "Modems" it has my V3, but it used to have Accessories Interface, Data Logging MCU Interface, and the Motorola Test Command as well. How do I get these back there so my phone will be read? Thanks!
