Action Plans

I am a former Blue COR rep. We now have to write an email every night if we do not hit our metrics for that day with an action plan telling what we will do the next day to prevent this. I love how I am being punished because customers are not coming in my store and purchasing phones. Is this just a local thing or do other markets experience the joy of daily action plans?

Include a request for the report that determined the key metrics values that Cingular has chosen.

My action plan is getting out of crapular !
These clowns ( higher up Mgt ) that run it have no clue . They hide all day in their offices become professional email senders . The person who is above the ARSM ( cant remember her title - has been in our store once in 1.5 years !! un real - no respect for her becuase most higher Mgt dont deserve it .

Thats why the Verizon machine beats us every quarter !!!!

*burns down Alfred's store*

I love the morale... LOL

don't post that crap...i don't want my ARSM to get that idea and impliment it in our market In the past we would have weekly meetings with the managers and they would set up action plans but if a customer does not understand you because you only speak english and they feel you are ripping them off because you are white or if they "drive truck" and want the most basic phone and dont want "any of that camera s**t" or have the family with the 8 screaming kids tearing the store apart that says I want text BLOCKED from ALL lines, well your screwed.

why on earth do we need to do action plans?? ive been on vacation for the past 6 days yesterday i get a text from my ARSM saying no body walks.... so i guess our numbers for this month must be aweful.
action plans?? puts me to think will he even read them i think NOT probably wants to have his blackberry beeping all day long LOL
