I am a former Blue COR rep. We now have to write an email every night if we do not hit our metrics for that day with an action plan telling what we will do the next day to prevent this. I love how I am being punished because customers are not coming in my store and purchasing phones. Is this just a local thing or do other markets experience the joy of daily action plans?

In the past we would have weekly meetings with the managers and they would set up action plans but if a customer does not understand you because you only speak english and they feel you are ripping them off because you are white or if they "drive truck" and want the most basic phone and dont want "any of that camera s**t" or have the family with the 8 screaming kids tearing the store apart that says I want text BLOCKED from ALL lines, well your screwed.
