Can't sync xv6700 with Outlook contacts

I have over 900 contacts on my outlook from my Blackberry. I thought it would automatically detect them and sync but it didn't. I'm not very computer savy, so if I can get simple instructions on how to resolve this, or the best way to manage contacts for my lawn care business, that would be awesome. Any help would be great.

When you go to tools>options on the activesync is outlook checked?
