Motorola RAZR V3 Ringtone HELP

Hi there, I bought the MPT software and installation was successul and I was able to transfer mp3 clips to my phone and even see them on my Sounds list when I go to the Media Gallery but I am unable to apply them as ringtones? There isn't even an option for me to 'apply' them as ringtone. All the other ringtones that came with the phone had that option but the 2 clips I transferred into the phone did not give me that option. Any help or guide to this is much appreciated. But for images that I transfer using MPT, I can apply them as wallpaper so why am I having trouble with applying my clips as ringtone. I love the phone but really want a better ringtone. Thanks for reading.

Im having the same problem, but with a Rokr E1, I even tried putting the clip into the "ringtone" folder on the memory card but still no option to "apply as ringtone"

Anyone know how to get by this? Help us both!

impstek, go to this thread as I found the fix today!! You will need both MPT (or other media transfer software) and Bitrim software. I hope the fix works for your ROKR phone as well
