1. Turn the Bluetooth on the phone on. 2. Double click the Bluetooth icon in the tray on your computer. 3. Click "View Devices in Range". 4. Click the phone the computer finds once, then click "Establish Pairing". 5. Enter 0000 as the pin number, click ok. The phone should beep, enter 0000 on the phone to establish the pairing. 6. Double click the phone icon on your computer screen, it should pause then display a screen with 4 choices. You want the "Obex File Transfer" option, double click it. 7. You should now see 3 folders, audio, video, and picture. Your mp3 ringtones go in the audio folder. Double click the audio folder to open it, then just drag and drop files into it. 8. Once that is done turn the Bluetooth on the phone off, and the mp3's should appear in the list of ringtones under settings>audio. I have a Dell Axim PDA that has bluetooth, and I can search for netowrks on it and find my & any other router to connect to the internet. Is this something else?

Yeah, thats called WiFi. It's different than Bluetooth. You can pick up a usb Bluetooth dongle for the computer for ~$20 though. I have read some carriers cripple the Bluetooth options on the phones, forcing you to buy their ringers and such. I'm not sure if Verizon does this or not.
