Well i bought the Credit though them to unlock my phone. i connected my Cingular branded black v3 to the computer installed the drivers and it installed fine. I used Motorola mobole phone tools no problem works like a champ but when i open up motophoenix and try to read the info off of my phone it makes the sound where i just disconnected the usb cable and then reconnected it, then motophoenix tells me that i have no phone connected. I really wanna get this working and i would really apreciate your help. i submitted a ticket today but im guessing since its the weekend i wont get a reply any time soon. i have tried everything i can think of. I just dont want my money going to waste on something that wont work.
Please help If i left out any important info please tell me and i will add it

wish is the Test Point mode or did you mean bootloader mode or flash mode
boot or flash mode is when you press the * # AND START at the same time
some people say that it is boot mode cause they see the boot-loader screen but if you are flashing your phone some times you have to connect the phone like that so a lot of people say flash mode really a don’t care I understand what they say but Test point is a different issue
